Bearzairn Return & Refund Policy

At Bearzairn, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every purchase you make. If you’re not completely happy with your order or have received a defective product, our return and refund process is designed to be simple, transparent, and hassle-free.


1. Return Requests

If you’re unsatisfied with the quality of your product or believe it has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at contact.bearzairn@gmail.com for support.

2. Return Procedure

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.
    • We will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
  • For other returns or exchanges, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to start the process.
  • All returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include all tags and accessories.
  • Returns or exchanges can be initiated via email or through our website’s support section.

Important: Personalized, custom-made, and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. For non-defective items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

For defective or damaged items reported after 30 days, we’ll do our best to provide a suitable solution — such as repair, replacement, or partial credit — depending on the situation.

Our goal is to ensure every issue is handled fairly and promptly.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund officially posts.

5. Sale Items

Refunds are available only for regular-priced items.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


6. Exchanges

We’re happy to replace items that arrive defective or damaged.

7. Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the gift wasn’t marked as such, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.


8. Shipping Guidelines

To initiate a return for an item that doesn’t match its description or quality expectations, please contact contact.bearzairn@gmail.com.
Unless otherwise specified, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage. Please ensure items are securely packaged and include the original invoice.

Once your return is received, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange promptly.
